The other day, in a fit of frustration, I asked a group of photographer friends what would ever posses a person to  become a photographer. The hours are long, there’s so much to learn and retain, camera-ing is HARD and sometimes people aren’t very nice.

But then I have a session like the one I had with Janelle and Brad and it all comes rolling back to me.

The love they have for each other and the fun they have together just rolls off of them and it’s really hard not to get caught up in it.  I look at the photos we made and I know they’d have had as much fun that day even if I hadn’t been there, aiming my camera at them.
